I have 32300 OBC rank in Jee main 2019. there is any chance to get admission in NITs. have any other courses for this rank.

With your mentioned rank it is highly unlikely for you to into NITs. You could still apply for the josaa counselling process and try your luck. But I would suggest you to try for state level engineering colleges which accept JEE main scores. You could get good colleges and your desired branch.
