According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs/IIITs as per previous year's cut-offs but I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks. You can get into following colleges as per previous year's cut-off :-
- MBM Engineering College Jodhpur
- RTU Kota
- Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute, Mumbai
- Government Engineering College Bikaner
- Government College of Engineering, Aurangabad
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
