i have 33.10 marks in gate 2020 and 352 gate score in obc category. Is there any chance for iits and nits?

The exact prediction would be difficult as cutoff varies every year depending on the various factors. But as per the previous year cutoff, With this score the chances seems less to get IITs, NITs with core branches.
