Sorry to say that you don't have any chance to get government seat for MBBS but you have decent chance to get BHMS or BAMS seat
Generally cutoff for BHMS varies from 320+ to 400, for BAMS there is slight decrease in marks. So you have good chance to get government college for BAMS or BHMS
