I have 4 years gap between 10th & 12th, later on I did my bca & mca. I also have 7+ yes of experience in Java. Will this gap affect background verification?

See the answer to your question is both yes and no. No, because you have so much experience and you knowledge ,then it will not be a problem. If you have something to show as proof of your engagement in those four years, like a gap certificate. Experience matters a lot and you have 7+ years of experience which will work for your benefit. And yes, because some company might find it faulty and not eligible. But there are a lot of companies who are looking for employees with experience. So you're good to go.
