The eligibility criteria for a person to qualify as PwD reservation are:
1. Minimum degree of disability should be 40% or more.
2. The person must have a Certificate of disability and that too made from any centre recognized by NTA-National Testing Agency.
Yes a person with more than 40% disability is eligible for PWD quota of 5% in NEET 2021. The candidate must hold the certificate of disability which should be made from the 12 designated centres by NTA. The nodal authority is duly constituted medical board at selected Central government hospitals.
