I have 4201 rank in comedk 2019,which colleges can I get ,my preferred branches are CSE,ISE,ETC.

According to general merit cutoffs of COMEDK in year 2018, with a rank of 4201, you can get CSE in BMS Institute of Technology and Management, Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology, SMVIT, The National Institute of Engineering. You may or may not get CSE at DSCE whose closing rank for CSE was 4085 in year 2018, which is quite close to your current rank.

You can get ECE at Bangalore Institute of Technology, DSCE etc.
