i have 43095 rank in keam 2020.can i get a merit seat in sc category?
By this rank you will definitely get admission in Private colleges and government controlled colleges may be in some government colleges.
You can apply to the following government engineering colleges.
- Government engineering college idukki for electrical and electronics engineering-
- Government engineering college manathavady
- Government engineering college sreekrishnapuram palakkad
- NSS college palakkad
- Government engineering college Barton hills trivandrum
- Government engineering college kannur
- MAC kothamangalam
These are government colleges that you can apply by this score and rank.if you give these options as your first 5 choices during counselling you will definitely get admission but may be in the last.round of counselling also secure the seat you got in first phase of allotement by locking it and then go for further rounds of counselling by that you will not lose your seat.

You have not mentioned that whether the rank you have received rank is general rank or SC rank.
However you will not get admission in decent colleges. Especially according to previous year rank list, the chances are less.
You may get admission in private colleges. But it would be better if you prepare properly and reappear in the paper next time.
You may also not get decent stream in the colleges.
