All you need is understanding of concepts. Do not cram. And yes you can get good college but boards percentage do effect your confidence. But work hard.

For getting admission in a good Engineering College you must have to secure minimum 60% mark in your 12th board examination.

But there are lots of private Engineering colleges which are taking admission even you have less than 60 percentage mark.

So you can go for the private colleges.
