I have 45 marks in physics, 59 in chemistry and 66 in maths. And 50%aggrigate is my requirement. Is it necessary to have 50 marks in physics for me to be eligible for mhtcet
Greetings!
- For the general category students to be eligible for mht cet, they need to get at least 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, while for students belonging to reserved categories and pwd, it is only aggregate of 45% in pcm that is required.
- So, it's clearly aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and so you don't need 50% marks in individual subjects, so you don't need 50% marks in Physics individually
- Now your aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics is 45+59+66=170 marks i.e 56 % marks dear, your aggregate marks is clearly more than 50% .

Thankyou
And the candidate has to secure atleast 50% marks (general category) taking these subjects together that means in aggregate (total). So if your total percentage is atleast 50% then you can apply.
