I have 45000 rank in ICAR UG do i have a chance of getting a seat in any college south INDIA , my OBC category rank is 22000.

It would be difficult to provide you the information about the cutoff marks as officially there is no any information about it. But in 2017 the cutoff rank of OBC was around 600-700.
