You didn't mentioned your 12th stream but I would advise you  to take a drop year and appear for improvement exam.

Even with 47% (any stream of 12th) you can get admission into many private colleges of your prefered degree but you may have to face problem during campus placements as companies tend to set a minimum eligibility of 60%.

Taking improvement exams will most probably increase your score, even though if you are unable to score good in improvement exams the best of the two marks will be considered (if appearing for all 5 subjects)

its okay if you not scored much in your 12th grade, scoring good marks is the great thing but it is not the only in student's life , you still have so many options to do where percentage of 10+2 hardly matters and what matters is only your talent and talent , i am telling you some of the courses you may go for

1. fashion designing in this field they demand only 45 percent average score

2. photography in this field they do hardly ask for percentages you may go for FTII pune (there are other best institute too) for a course in cinematography

3. air hostess if you are having a pleasant personality then in my opinion this field is best for you

4. mas communication and media

5. career in sports

You havent mentioned your Category or the subjects that you have studied in your 12th. But ideally no offense 47% is a lesser score and even if you want to take admission in regular BA or B.Com courses that conduct admission based on merit, you might lose out on the top Colleges. So you will have to reappear for your 12th exams and improve your percentage. That is the only way out.
