I have 48% in b.com and also have exp. Of 24 month.i want to take xat 2020 how much changes that i got a good college. Please suggest me.

As per the information provided by you, your graduation marks is very poor to get you into good colleges under XAT. But as you have mentioned you have 24 months of experience, this factor will give you edge in selection process. But only the work experience will not suffice to crack top b schools.
