See if you want to take part in NEET GU counselling of Maharashtra then you should have domicile of Maharashtra which you have and also you should be have OBC reservation in Maharashtra as well because from whichever category you belongs to, that category should be there in central list of reservation under OBC category then only you can get OBC quota benefit in Maharashtra or you should have reservation certificate of Maharashtra for reservation categories of Maharashtra state.
