Without any entrance exams getting a good b school is tough, its almost next to impossible. But you can try getting into colleges which have management quota. Management quota seats will charge the double the fees than normal fees. There are also some colleges which allow direct admission without any entrance exams through graduation score and past academic performance.

Without any Entrance exam it will be very difficult to get any good colleges for MBA.

If not CAT then you can try other Entrance for MBA which is relatively less difficult such as MAT, CMAT, SNAP, etc.

Without any Entrance you can get colleges but those colleges will be under average or poor colleges so just a degree for namesake.

however you may apply for xat exam, XAT (Xavier Aptitude Test) is national-level management entrance examination conducted by XLRI, Jamshedpur for admission to MBA/PGDM programmes, students who have completed their graduation course , since there is no particular marks criteria for graduation  mention for xat you may apply for it.
