It is quite difficult to predict the exact cut off for this year to qualify in JEE Main. However, last year the qualifying cut off percentile score was 39.0696101 and this year it is expected to be in between 40-45 percentile. Considering this  you have decent chances to qualify in JEE Main and appear for JEE Advanced. Cut off depends on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc. It may increase or decrease depending on these factors. You may start your preparation for JEE Advanced.
