I am able to understand your query and with regards to your query I would like you to know that as the IITs and NTA have decided to relax the 75% criteria in JEE so you have a very good chance to get into top NITs and IIITs.

As per my knowledge you would easily secure CSE branch seat in top IIITs except IIIT Hyderabad and IIIT Banglore.

And also you can aim for Second tier NITs for CSE or if you are ready to compromise your branch you can easily secure a Tier-1 NIT with a branch except CSE and get admitted.

My preferred choice to you would be to if you are ready to compromise CSE then go for Tier-1 NITs else go for IIITs.Hope I have resolved your query.All the best for your bright future ahead.
