For admission in MAIT you need to appear in the test conducted by the institute and after clearing the entrance exam you can be eligible for taking admission.And as it  generally takes students having minimum 55% in PCM so you need to improve your score to  take admission in this college.

This year onwards, MAIT is going to perform counselling on the basis of JEE Mains performance. The eligibility criteria for the same is

• For GGSIPU B.Tech admission candidate must have attained the age of 17 years.
• The candidate must have cleared class 12 boards with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. Candidate must additionally have passed English as a subject of study (core/ elective/ functional) in the qualifying examination and a Technical Vocational subject in the qualifying examination.

Since no barrier of marks is mentioned as it was till last year(55%), you are eligible to take admission in MAIT.

Perform well in JEE Mains.

There are two answers for your question and the answer to your question depends on how you want to join the college,i.e..

1)You can join the college by wrting an enterence exam of your state or any other national level engineering entrence exam like jee..etc. As you have specified your score you are eligible to write almost all the entrence exams to pursue your engineering dream.

2)You can also join the college through a management quota/a management seat where you might have to pay a certain amount as donation with addition to the college regular fee.For details about Management seats I would recommend you to contact the college directly.
