, you can appear in IIT JAM Exam. You only need a graduation degree in any discipline from any recognized university with minimum 55% marks for General & OBC and 50% marks for SC, ST categories. You need to satisfy all the other eligibility criteria before you apply for the exam.

If you are from general category then you need at least 55%, if you are from reserved category then 50% is required and you can be eligible for the IIT JAm exam.
