I have 55% in class 12th and 153 in PCB so this is sufficient for mbbs seat

Vaibhav, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, to be eligible for NEET, you should secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in your 12th. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. Now your 12th marks cannot get you a seat in MBBS. Your 12th marks can only make you eligible for appearing for NEET which is the entrance examination for admission to Medical, Dental, Ayush and Veterinary courses across India.

For an MBBS seat, you need to answer the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Undergraduate 2020. The eligibility criteria for NEET 2020 is that one should have passed 12th class with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as their main subjects. More details can be found here:
