Hello,
Congratulations for the results.
55 percentile is not a bad score you but if you are in general category than there maybe any chance of a government college though if you belong to any reserved category than there are some chances of you getting a seat in any government college. There are also many good private colleges you must try in which you can get a branch of your wish and for further information you can also use the college predictor to get an idea which college you may get

I hope this helps.
All the best!!
dear sumit,
As you mentioned here you got only this much percentile, In this category you will not get good colleges even good branch. And if you try to take admission then they will take too much money from you in the of name donation. I prefer you to give another attempt as now JEE conduct exams four times in a year now so you can again go through with your syllabus and try to score high. here are some good colleges in the range of 50-80 percentile-
1- C.V. raman global university, Odisha
1- Chandigarh University, Punjab
3- Lovely Professional University, Ludhiana
4- ABES engineering college, Ghaziabad
5- Amity University, Noida
6- Sharda university, Noida
7- Amrita University
8- KIIT
9- VIT
10- Manipal, University
11- And some reputed AKTU colleges.
Thank you so much!
As the score not in favour, you can take the colleges based on your 12th score or by writing university test for a better college. Your score is good enough if you are from reserved categories (sc/st). For better private colleges wait until the last counselling.
Try writing VITS or SRM.
You can get any local college easily of your favourable branch.
All the Best!
