i have 557 marks in neet 2020 AIR 44267 is there any chance for govt medical college (mbbs) in up state (obc) 85% and in AIQ

Sorry you did hard but the reality is very harsh
There are around 40000 govt mbbs seats in India but if you score 20000 rank still you won't be able to get govt college
You can now prepare for next year.

Hi , as per the marks and category that you have mentioned your chances are bit low under 85% state quota as last year least marks to secure a seat in government medical college from your category was 573 marks in autonomous medical college bahraich and basti . Talking of which remember that cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.
Talking about all India cutoff for all India generally goes higher as compared to state level so chances  under all India counselling is low too.
