I have 57 percent in 12 class any college in delhi or mumbai where i can get admission in BA political science

Tuff to say that as most of the colleges even that are not quite good also requires at least 60% to give admission.Considering the fact the your marks are below than that it will be tuff for you to get a college.Though you can still try for various private colleges that might give admission.
