As per your query I would like to tell you that according to your rank and based upon the previous year cuttoff marks you must definitely chances to getting admission government medical college under unreserved category at delhi.

In 2018 cuttoff was around 554 marks to get admission government medical college.

But As per year the cuttoff marks varies depending upon the number of students appearing in the exam and the difficulty level of questions papers of exam....

Dear Tanviir, in 2018 under State Quota, 562 marks secured a seat in North Delhi Muncipal Corporation Medical College under General Category. Going by previous cut offs you also have a chance at BabaSaheb Ambedkar Medical College. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Hello aspirant,

You have a good score in NEET 2019. You have also chances of getting a government college. So do try for a government college also. You can also get a seat in private college. But there are also chances of getting government college with this score. So do try accordingly.  If you will not get in State Quota do try for All India Quota. I cannot tell the exact colleges you can get as the cutoff varies every year.
