Dear Sir / Ma'm, according to the eligibility criteria for AIIMS, for all general and OBC category aspirants, they should have a minimum cut-off of 60% aggregate in physics, chemistry, english and biology , while for the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe it is 50% and for PwD candidates it is 45%. You have 59.5% which is not rounded off to 60% by your concerned board, then you might as well be not eligible.

As far as I am concern you need to clear NEET with good aggregate to get admission there.AIIMS demands high ranking that means excellent performance in entrance exam.

As per the AIIMS 2019 eligibility criteria, the minimum qualifying percentage to be secured by PwD candidates is 45%, which earlier was 50%. The online registrations of ineligible candidates will not be accepted to appear for undergraduate medical entrance exam
