With 599 in your hands, you can opt for many top notched colleges of India.
Since you are asking for UP.
I will suggest you to aim for King George's Medical University, Lucknow.
KGMU is one of the finest medical Institutes of the nation with a beautiful campus and enriching academic and co curricular culture.
Last year, the cutoff for KGMU through AIQ was 589 and through State Quota, it was 572.
If luck favours, you can surely be a part of this Premier College.

You have not mentioned which category you belong to. With a score of 599, you have chances of procuring a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years in Uttar Pradesh. Last year, a minimum score of 560 was required to fetch one a seat in the U. P. Rural institute of medical sciences and research centre in General category under the state quota. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. However, you stand on the safe zone only.
