I have 621 rank in bsc nursing can I get college?

Firstly cogratulations on your rank.
According to last year closing rank data, you will be eligible to get admission into the nursing colleges under GGSIPU. The cutoff rank list for various colleges under GGSIPU will be released soon.
Also remember the cutoff changes every year and depends on a number of factors.
