I HAVE 62.4% IN 12TH AND MY PCM AGGREGATE IS 53.3% AND MY MARKS MATH MARKS ISONLY 100/33 ONLY PASSING MARKS . I AM TAKING ADMISSION IN BTECH CS . BUT MY MARKS IS VERY LOW SO I CAN HANDLE THE COMPUTER SCIENCE BRANCH . OR CHANGE THE BRANCH

Marks doesn't matter if you have interest in CSE. Students scoring 90+ get frustrated by taking cse and students with just passing marks tops the college if they generate interest in the subject. Coding doesn't need a certificate you can garnish you coding skills by hard work slowly slowly and so you should take CSE if you have interest.
