I have 63% aggregate in polytechnic final year in mech engg and I want good engineering College for me in Pune in Maharashtra

What you want to apply for is called Lateral entry which gives you admission into second year if you have got diploma. But that also means your aggregate should be good as well. Your aggregate being 63% does give you a chance to get admission into many good colleges in pune. But yes you can get other medium level college for yourself or you can apply for management seats.
