I have 65% in 12th commerce can I get admission in BBA /bcom

Yes you can take admission in any college with a minimum 65% in 12 class.

There is very tough competition for getting admission in B.com courses in University of Delhi and the cut off for general category never goes less than 90% in any case for hons. Courses.

For admission in BBA, there is a choice for entrance and for a delhi candidate, IP University is also a very good option for BBA. So, you can go for either one for entrance depending upon the fact that you fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria of the course.

Depends on the college in which you are taking admission .That will be given in the eligibility criteria for that particular college.
