Your grace marks in Mathematics in your class 12 boards won't effect your admission for MBBS once you qualify for NEET.
For admission to MBBS, you must have the minimum qualifying marks in your PCB aggregate whicha are as below

• General - 50%
• OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
• PWD - 45%

It will not cause any problem as the marks which are considered are only the aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Biology which must be more than 50% for UR category and  greater than or equal to 40% for OBC/SC/ST category.
