I have 7000 rank in keam 2019 and belong to oec(saliya).did I get admission in college of engineering thiruvanthapuram?

congragulations!!It is an average rank.The chances are pretty nil I guess as the CET takesin only very less cutoff ranks.But I suggest you check it for yourself in the link below.

It shows the coursewise cutoff,but if you dont think you can get admitted in the college then , Dont lose hope.
Please try a private college for management quota,rather than wasting an year believing in the reservation .
