I am sorry to say but you you might not be able to get a college under DU. DU gives 35% weightage to your 12th marks so given your percentile, you do not have a fair chance. Given your rank, well going by the DU JAT cutoffs for general category in the previous years, you can get Aryabhatta college in BMS and Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar College in BBE. But it is your 12th percentile that can be a problem as there will be many candidates you will have much higher percentiles.Having said that, I will also say that the cutoffs vary every year depending on the number of candidates, their rank, the number of seats available, etc.
