I have 7194 rank in pessat is there chance in EC in pes branches

With such a high rank in PESSAT, you have no chances of getting a seat in any branches in PES University Bangalore.
The cutoff ranks for admission through PESSAT hardly goes beyond 3000 rank.
The cutoffs for Biotechnology go near 5000 rank sometimes but that totally depends on the availability of seats.
Please instead go for other private engineering colleges in Bangalore where you can get admission through COMEDK UGET or KCET, if you have appeared for those exams. All the best.
