In order to take admission in IIST you must have secured at least 75% aggregate marks in Class XII (or equivalent) board examination.

All aspirants must have secured at least 75% aggregate marks in Class XII (or equivalent) board examination.
SC, ST and PD candidates must have obtained at least 65% aggregate marks in class XII in order to be considered eligible for IIST B.Tech admission 2017.
