You have not mentioned your category nor your home state. Your expected rank is around 106,366. Whether or not you qualify for the NIT will be decided once the cutoffs are released. You need to both qualify the cutoff and score 75% or above in class XIIth board exam if you are from general or OBC category. Then you are eligible for appearing in JEE-Advanced. If you qualify JEE-Advanced then according to your rank, you'll get into IITs.

To get admission in IITs/NITs/GFTIs a candidate must have passed 10+2 with atleast 75% aggregate for candidates belonging to general category for SC/ST it's 65% aggregate.So if you belong to SC/ST you are eligible to get seat in IITs/NITs/GFTIs.Because the minimum requirement is 65% to be eligible to get admission in the above mentioned institutes.

And the cut off for JEE main isn't announced but you will have decent chances of qualifying JEE main if you have 85 or above percentile.
