In my opinion lovely professional university is best for placement and moreover fee is not high enough

It's normal

But u  have to clear their entrance exam and they offers u the scholarship

You can try in Graphic Era University its too good for it. As considered by current students its good in education, placements, infrastructure but not in value for money.
