I have 75.4 in 10th,62.8 in 12th, 7.28AND 6.75 CGPA in b. tech and m. tech respectively. Am I elligible for top mncs???

According to your academics carrer, you have average marks. That's not a big matter for MNCS. MNCS will check your academics just as eligibility criteria, if you having 60% or not through or not. Because maximum MNCS set 60% as an just eligibility criteria.
Having low marks in Academics, there will not harm your CV, if you have skills to impress them. MNCS focuses on the skills rather than academics. So if you have the skills, that impress the recruiter's, then you can even crack the MNCS easily (mass recruiter's).
But in case of product base companies like--Google, Facebook, Microsoft, amazon, Adobe etc ; then you will face some difficulties I think. But it's not impossible that's not. You can also crack the companies, just focus on skills that you have, & think according to companies point of view, which company you are targeting & what skills they are searching for. If you are pro at these, then you can easily get the job.
