Hello,
With this rank in JEE mains, your open category rank would be beyond 200000. Also your OBC category rank would be too high to fetch you any seat. You won't be able to get a seat in any NITs, IIITs and GFTIs

I would suggest you to go for some top private engineering colleges in India which also might offer some fees concession based on your category and JEE mains score.

Hello there,
According to the formula, [100-75*869010/100], your All India Rank is 217252. Since you belong to the OBC category, your category rank will be around 88000 approximately. You haven't mentioned which branch you want to choose.
The cut-off ranks for different branches in IIIT Pune are as follows:
CSE- 9799
ECE- 12453
You can check the cut-off rank for all the categories in the link given below:

Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper,and the number of candidates appearing for it. I would suggest you to appear for the second phase of JEE Main and try to score better percentile.
