I have 76% in Btech Ece and I want pursue Mtech at jadavpur university. When will they release the application for entrance exam?

As you want to pursue M Tech ECE branch ftom Jadavpur University, Kolkata. So for that you have to qualify GATE examination.
Registration in this college for PG courses is through GATE.
And the examination of 2019 session has been done in month of February.
So now you should apply for it next time.
