I would like to inform you that yes you are eligible for CET because the basic eligibility criteria is Candidates must have a bachelors' degree in any discipline from any recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks, and at least 45% in case of SC/ST candidates. You are also eligible for CAT because in order to be eligible for the CAT Exam, the candidate has to pass at least their Bachelor's degree with at least 50% (for General Category and for candidates from the NC-OBC caste). For SC/ST and Differently Abled (DA) candidates, the percentage required is 45%. And eligibility for competitive exams depends on the designation or sectors. So keep studying keep growing.

see you need to calculate your graduation marks as per your university rules of conversion from where you have passed your graduation course. and you are eligible to give cat exam if you have 50% marks in graduation. now for top colleges like iims shortlisted candidates on the basis of 10th, 12th graduation marks and cat score. but there is many more good colleges available for mba course, I assure you that if you really work hard and bring a good score in cat, if you have good soft skill you will certainly get admission in a well reputed college.
