see the admission for integrated btech + m.tech course will depends on solely jee main score. however cutoff score changes every year and it depends on certain factors like number of participants, seat matrix etc. the last year closing rank was as follows,

NTA Ranking 8718 for CSE

10972 for ECE

HOWEVER AT THIS SCORE YOU HAVE LESS CHANCES.
