With 83 marks , irrespective of your category,you can't get admission into BHMS or BAMS .For admission into the mentioned courses,one atleast needs to qualify the NEET exam by scoring the recommended cutoff by the exam conducting body that is NTA .

You can drop a year and prepare for the exam again to appear next year or you can opt for other courses .

You cannot any medical/dental college be it government or private  not even for bhms/ bams

This is because,

You have failed to qualify neet examination but in order to be eligible for getting admission in MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS etc even in private colleges for management quota seat or anywhere  you must qualify Neet examination
