All the best.
For securing 84 percentile in Jee mains 2020 your rank would be ranging in between 165k-120k. Hence for that rank in the general category, it is very tough to get a seat in any NIT or IIIT. However, you can try your luck in local home NIT so that you may get a seat under home cota. Also, you can apply for local state counseling so that you can easily get a seat in a local college with JEE mains rank and percentile. Hence you can predict colleges for your rank and category under State as well as JoSAA counselings on our JEE mains College Predictor 2020.

All the best!!!
Hi Rohit,
There is likely less probability that you will get NITs or IIITs on securing 84 percentile in JEE Mains despite having OBC reservation benefit. But, you may wait till Spot round, and you could pull a chance to get something. Other colleges, which you can get based on your rank are -
1. DIT Dehradun
2. JAYPEE Noida
3. LNMIIT

All the best for your career.
As you have secured 84 percentile score in JEE mains 2020 from OBC category, then it will be quite negligible for you to get seat in any NIT.
Now if you belong from home state quota then your chances to get a seat NIT Sikkim, NIT Arunachal Pradesh, etc. are also difficult.
But with 84 percentile there is no chance that you can get NIT if you belong from other state.
But still as per your percentile score you can try at HBTI Kanpur.

Dear Candidate,
You have very less chances to get an NIT with this score . But you can check the cut-off of NIT's to check the seat availability based on your OBC category. Below is the link for that.
