I have 84.33 percentile in jee mains april(obc category).Can I get admission in cet bbsr (cse or it ) branch?

I mean to say in 1st year of college very less around just 3 to 5 students are able to get around 9 pointer in exams. So it will be very tough task to change branch you have to work hard in 1st and 2nd sem exams.

Hi, no you can't get admission in the cet,bhubneswar in cse or it as you rank will be somewhere around 1,80,000 and this is some far away from Cse/It cutoff. Not in 1st round but hope you can get a seat in 3rd round or 4th round.You should apply for mock seat allotment there and have a look what you get.

my obc category rank is 55992,whit branch can I get in cet bbsr?

You can get branches like Electronics & Instrumentation, textile, civil, information technology in this rank.

No, sorry to say but there is very less chance of getting IT in this rank as 1,30,000 general category rank was the highest anyone has been allotted a seat in cet.Some changes take place every year so you should try for it.

Your rank after calculation from percentile would be around 1,50,000 sorry for mistake and from there some chances for IT is available.

Yes, you can get some lower branch but being in 1st year you have to score almost above 9 some less depend on college to change your branch so think wisely if you are ready for it then take the risk. Good luck
