Hello Aspirant;
It totally depends weather you are from Delhi or not! As because the percentile for delhi candidate can go down. But the candidates outside delhi are likely to be higher cut off. Like if the cut off of Delhi candidate go 78% then its pretty sure that for non delhi it would be around 90 %

If you have ews quota then you may get you have to log in on delhi University website and appear for a test which includes Personal interview

If I have not ews certificate then am I not eligible to take admission in these colleges?
Do you have any sports / any else co curriculum activities quota that may help you other wise cutt off of these colleges is very high

Yes you can but that depend on your interest which course you want to pursue if you help me with that I'll suggest you the college names which suits you with your percentage else its tough to predict whether you get admission or not.
