I have 85.2% in best 4 in class 12th.... Will i get admission in du for BA in german?

B.A(Hons.) German cutoff 2018 shows the following trends:
CATEGORY OPEN CLOSED
- GENERAL 88% 83.05%
- OBC 83% 74.75%
- SC 83% 73%
- ST 83% 65%
MOREOVER, 5% MARKS ARE REDUCED FOR CANDIDATES WHO'VE NOT STUDIED THE LANGUAGE IN THEIR +2.
SO ACCORDING TO THIS CONDITION IT IS HARD FOR YOU TO GET ADMISSION IN B.A(Hons,) in GERMAN.
