You have a great academic track record. 3 years of work experience would be a great add on to your resume as you will have a lot to speak up on but not all IIMs have work experience in the weightage for selection criteria. To get a call from 1st generation IIMs, you will need an exceptional CAT score. The observed cut off is around 99.5%tile for IIM-A. But there are very high chances that you can get selected in IIM-L, IIM-I, IIM-K or any of the 2nd or 3rd generation IIMs.

Also remember that GD and PI also holds certain amount of weightage for the shortlisting. And your extracurricular activities can also bag you a few points so do not underestimate them as well.
