I have 87 percentile in jee mains can I give jee advanced

As per your question according to the data Your percentile is 87 It means 87% student of the entire

student appeared for the Exam are Behind You Therefore 13% students of the entire students appeared

for the exam are before You, Therefore Your calculated rank is 113681

Your Rank would change Either Your Percentile Score is Increases within the next attempt or Number of

Student increases within the Next attemptIf the amount of Student Increases to 1400000 and Your

percentile remain same then Your New rank would be 182000

As per Your current Performance you'll be eligible for JEE Advance But the ultimate cutoff are going to

be released once the JEE Main April gets Over

If Your Percentile Score Increases within the Next attempt Then Your Rank would Be calculated By the

subsequent Formula

(100 - your total percentile score (Higher of two)) X Student appeared in JEE Main/100

By above formula you can know the jee advance.

It is essential for the candidates to have qualified JEE mains exam( Paper 1) and be among the top 2,50,000 (including all categories) candidates.

Last year  cutoff for General category was 81, 49 for OBC-NCL, 32 for SC, 27 for ST, and 1 for PWD in the previous year.
