As you mention your JEE main percentile is 87 with this percentile in jee main you will definitely get Thapar Patiala for civil engineering you may not able to get there top branches like CSE ECE and other ..
but you can get civil engineering ,Mechanical Engineering ,Chemical Engineering with your percentile percentile.
